Tax Compliance Manager (LATAM) oversees the end-to-end statutory tax obligations across a diverse portfolio including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia.



This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns, managing complex cross-border reporting requirements, and maintaining rigorous internal controls to mitigate regional fiscal risks. Acting as a strategic liaison between local finance teams and corporate leadership, the manager monitors evolving legislative changes in each jurisdiction to ensure full adherence to local tax codes while optimizing the company’s regional tax posture and managing external audits.
Your day-to-day impact:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing LATAM Tax Compliance team, setting clear priorities, goals, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement;
Own end-to-end tax compliance across multiple LATAM jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate filings for direct and indirect taxes (VAT, WHT, CIT, and local taxes);
