Alliances Reporting Operations Specialist (SAP) - EY Global Delivery ServicesLocation: CABAOther locations: Primary Location OnlyDate: Jan 16, ****Requisition ID: *******Job Summary:The GDS Alliance Operations & Reporting Specialist will function out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and be responsible for providing ongoing operations support for the EY-SAP alliance.
In addition to driving and coordinating general operational activities, this role will collaborate with the Financial Reporting function to: prepare comprehensive financial reports, provide analysis on financial performance, analyze data trends/variances/discrepancies, and help stakeholders understand the reasons behind changes in the financial reporting.Essential Functions of the Job:Provide Alliance leadership with business insights and effective reporting which includes collaborating with the finance function to:Perform extensive financial analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual resultsProduce customized Revenue, Sales and Pipeline visualizations, analsyses, and insightsSupport Opportunity Management including tagging of Opportnities for Alliances for accurate reportingProspect tracking and reporting; key wins tracking for leadership reportingSpearhead digital transformation initiatives within the Reporting & Data Analytics teamAct as the voice of the business to drive, design, develop, deploy, and maintain a BI-driven transformation of business and financial reporting using Power BI and SQLDevelop/refine a sophisticated reporting infrastructure, ensuring seamless report generation for global operationsEnhance efficiency through automation and digital integration to improve processes and foster business growthFacilitate internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by developing content and managing logisticsFacilitate meetings between EY leadership and the Alliance partnerProgram Manage various initiatives around processes and tools provided by Alliance Partners which may include:Administration and maintenance of partner tools, portals,
etc.Access request tracking, access issue resolutionCertifications tracking, skill and competency trackingSingle point of contact for Alliance Partner tools admnistrationEnsure all Alliance-related reference material is systematically reviewed and refreshed; facilitate and track access to these materials in Sharepoint and other toolsSupport Alliance team with initiation and tracking of Localisation of Integral Agreements in collaboration with existing Ecosystem Contracts teamCollaborate with Alliance Investment Team to provide information and coordination required for requesting and reimbursing Market Development Funds or other investment-related activities, facilitate awareness of programs, track and monitor compliance to process, facilitate quarterly legal and finance reviews, etc.Partner with the onshore Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects and initiatives as and when requiredManage onshore stakeholder expectations, plans and communicationKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Sales and Pipeline Exposure: understanding of sales concepts, opportunity life cycles, and reporting, preferably within a professional services organizationTechnology Aptitude: experience and/or academic background demonstrating proficiency in technologyProcess Improvement: familiarity with continuous process improvement and automation initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and internal audit preparationTechnical Proficiency: advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; competence in Power BI is a plusStakeholder Management:
