Responsibilities Support Account teams in the internal project management activities for client work and deliverables.



Control basic project requirements, manage timelines and status of deliverables, ensuring that the project team knows the project status and has everything they need, writing timely meeting minutes. Monitor cross‑functional team responsibilities, ensuring accountability for tasks and timely progress. Maintain up‑to‑date master project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Be able to create budgets and SOWs, manage project financials, and understand forecasting. Maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets and resource management. Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the industry, brands, and categories. Make proactive recommendations to help ensure efficiency and quality. Establish solid working relationships with all internal teams.
