Role SummaryThe Project Analyst is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of global projects within an assigned business unit, with flexibility to support other units as needed.
This role ensures projects are executed effectively, aligned with customer requirements, and consistent with the company's strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.Location: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaRemote Options: This is a remote position.What You'll Be Doing Lead the planning and implementation of complex customer projectsWork with internal departments, Content Engineering, General Technical Services, Commercial Finance and OperationsMain customer interface for project related activitiesDefine project tasks and resource requirementDevelop full scale project plansManage project resource allocationPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to development teamConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress,



problems and solutionsProject evaluations and assessment of resultsOther duties as may be assignedWhat We're Looking ForEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field is preferredMaster's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plusCertificationsPMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or comparable Agile certifications (Will accept candidates with 6+ years of experience in lieu of Certifications)Experience2-6+ years of project management experienceProven track record managing cross-functional or integral projectsExperience with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resourcesTechnical SkillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello)Familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence)Understanding of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesRisk management and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinking and decision-makingThis Might Be the Right Place if You....
