This critical team member will support project management of the day-to-day workload across a range of deliverables.

Responsibilities
Support Account teams in the internal project management activities for client work and deliverables.
Control basic project requirements, manage timelines and status of deliverables, ensuring that the project team knows the project status and has everything they need, writing timely meeting minutes.
Monitor cross-functional team responsibilities, ensuring accountability for tasks and timely progress.
Maintain up-to-date master project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Be able to create budgets and SOWs, manage project financials, and understand forecasting.
Maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets and resource management.
Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the industry, brands, and categories.
Make proactive recommendations to help ensure efficiency and quality.
Establish solid working relationships with all internal teams.
Accurately track time spent on each job and enter it in the time-tracking system on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or related field,



OR
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of agency project management, project specialist, executive assistant/administrative assistant experience.
Preferred
2-3 years of agency project management, project specialist experience.
Experience with Wrike or another electronic project management system.
Skills
Required
Quick and accurate typing skills.
High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
Working knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Wrike (preferred), Smartsheets, MS Project or similar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize tasks.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Preferred
PMP certification or equivalent.
Proficient with Wrike.
