The role resides within the International Airports Division, supporting South America airport operations. It is responsible for providing leadership, strategy, and alignment to ensure exceptional customer care, as well as the efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel while achieving performance and service targets. The position also serves as the operational liaison to partner airlines in the region,



including GOL and JetSMART, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across joint operations. Accountable for ensuring regional operational efficiency and for establishing and maintaining the highest standards in safety, security, operational metrics, customer service, net promoter scores, financial performance, and competitive positioning—all while remaining fully compliant with Company regulations.
