Role: The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of cross-channel marketing services within their book of business, servicing enterprise-level accounts and mastering Paid Media advertising in the B2B space.

The Senior Strategist works under pressure, handles client questions and issues, and understands a variety of B2B GTM strategies and cross-channel impacts.





They collaborate with the Client Services team to own strategy, reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of all aspects of campaign creation and management, with potential support from a Specialist.

They provide ongoing insights and forward-thinking strategy with a strong understanding of service nuances and levers to drive performance.

Responsibilities

- Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise-level clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
- Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to tie performance to business impact
- Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge




- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
- Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients
- Utilize AI tools and outsource resources to assist with workflow where possible
- Participate in development of new department training materials
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Qualifications

- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience;
- 2+ years in an agency setting
- Experience with ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus)
- Deep understanding of intent data and its integration into channel strategies
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Paid Media experience (campaign development and optimization on large enterprise accounts)




- Experience with complex client org structures in B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations
- Significant campaign management experience in LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus); additional experience in YouTube Ads, Meta, Display, Local campaigns, Content Syndication
- Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the funnel
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell a story

Metrics

- EBITDA: $13.5k per team member
- Maintain below 10% client churn
- Manage 4-6 complex accounts
