Al Damani Oil & Gas Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to support our manpower and recruitment activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying qualified professionals, screening potential candidates, preparing professional candidate profiles, and maintaining an organized talent database for presentation to prospective and existing clients.

The role requires someone who can independently search for suitable talent through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively source qualified candidates across multiple disciplines and industries.

• Search for candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, CV databases, referrals, professional networks, and online sourcing channels.

• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience, qualifications, availability, current location, notice period, and salary expectations.





• Review CVs and identify candidates suitable for current and future client requirements.

• Prepare clear, consistent, and professional candidate profiles for presentation to clients.

• Improve and organize candidate CV information where necessary.

• Build and maintain a structured database of qualified and pre-screened candidates.

• Categorize candidates according to discipline, industry experience, seniority, location, availability, and other relevant criteria.

• Communicate directly with candidates through telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective candidates.

• Prepare candidate shortlists based on specific client requirements.

• Support recruitment and manpower requirements received from clients.

• Proactively identify strong candidates even when there is no immediate vacancy in order to strengthen Al Damani's talent pool.
