Tether is seeking an AI Research Engineer (Agentic Post-training) to join the AI model team. You will drive post-training methodologies focused on agentic behaviors and tool use, refining pre-trained models to reason, plan, and autonomously invoke external tools on edge devices.
You will work on a spectrum from lightweight agents to complex multimodal architectures (text, images, audio), optimized for tool-augmented decision making, with distributed training and robust evaluation pipelines.
