Winter Line Cook

Johnny Seesaw’s is looking for an experienced, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the winter season. Located in the mountains of Southern Vermont near Bromley, Stratton and Magic Mountain, Seesaw’s is a historic inn and restaurant known for great food, warm hospitality and a lively Vermont atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone who loves cooking, works hard, is dependable and wants to be part of a strong kitchen team. Housing may be available for the right candidate, and for someone with the right experience, leadership skills and work ethic,



there is potential to step into a Sous Chef role.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to our standards
- Work a station efficiently during busy dinner services
- Complete daily prep and maintain proper mise en place
- Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace
- Follow proper food-safety and food-handling procedures
- Assist with receiving, storage and rotation of products
- Communicate and work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team
- Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen

What We’re Looking For
- Professional kitchen or line-cook experience
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
