You will support CRM and revenue system operations, resolve data/policy conflicts, and document complex SaaS workflows to optimize AI understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities include auditing systems, reconciling data, and advising on CRM changes with impact on billing and CPQ. Strong SaaS experience and English proficiency are required.
