Main Purpose
- Lead the end-to-end product development for Bayer's Biofuel Crops portfolio in Argentina, with future expansion into Paraguay and Uruguay
- Generate the agronomic, product, and market insights required to drive varietal advancement, product placement, and commercialization success.
- Accelerate grower adoption through integrated value propositions, knowledge transfer,



and market development initiatives to secure sustainable business growth

Your mission Will be to
Product Development & Pipeline Management
- Identify customer & market needs and partner with general teams to drive product development priorities.
- Lead testing programs and data generation activities to support varietal selection, advancement, characterization, and placement decisions, in-house and with third-parties
- Develop product recommendations, including adaptation, stability, yield potential, and best management practices.
- Capture customer, market, and competitive insights into product recommendations to strengthen product positioning and advancement decisions
- Generate product performance data to support pricing and business planning
