SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve backend, DB and integration issues. You will reproduce bugs across web, mobile, and APIs, analyze logs, and perform read-only queries on production databases.
You’ll apply small fixes, document findings, and escalate when needed while supporting clients in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Idóneo candidates have strong English, SQL, and cloud familiarity (AWS), plus experience in customer-facing technical roles.
