We are looking for a Business Development Representative based in Uruguay/Argentina to join our Sales team.
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and closing new client engagements. You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic relationship building.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships with decision-makers, and guiding opportunities from the first conversation through signed agreements.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients that fit Rootstrap's Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP).




- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, events, referrals, and inbound follow-up.
- Develop a deep understanding of Rootstrap’s services, value proposition, and target industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, keeping opportunities, activities, forecasts, and metrics up to date in HubSpot.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and determine fit, budget, timeline, and business needs.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes to improve pipeline generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor target industries and identify potential opportunities for Rootstrap's services..
- Represent Rootstrap at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand relationships and generate new business.
