Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
The adecuado candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving measurable business growth.




You should be confident taking full ownership of Google Ads accounts, developing paid search strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign restructuring.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
- Continuously run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting.
