Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support and ensure effective IT service delivery. You will support IT infrastructure, telephony, network connectivity, hardware, software, and user access services, following ITIL/ITSM practices.
In this role, you will manage incidents and requests, maintain SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, while providing excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
