• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the General Ledger (GL) team, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close cycles, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Review and approve complex balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure integrity across all accounts.
