Timezone: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Compensation: $1,000 to $1,300/monthly + 10% commission

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist to generate qualified leads and drive sales through targeted digital marketing campaigns.
The primary focus is managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, supported by outbound email marketing, lead tracking, and conversion optimization.
We are looking for someone who combines hands-on execution with strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.




This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who is confident in their ability to generate measurable business results and interested in a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
• Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns targeting qualified prospects.

• Maximize results within lean advertising budgets (currently approximately $500/month).

• Test advertising audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and offers.

• Generate qualified leads for our HR consulting, executive career services, and technology solutions.

2. Campaign & Conversion Optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversions, and return on advertising spend.

• Review and recommend improvements to landing pages, lead capture, and follow-up processes.
