As a Deals Capital Markets PMA Senior Associate, you will support clients through complex, transformational events through collaboration with different teams with Deals as well as the broader Firm. Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply critical thinking to deliver work that aligns with project goals and changing business needs. In this role at PwC, you will help clients navigate mergers, divestitures, restructuring,
and other transformational events, while deepening your technical knowledge and contributing to engagements that value clear communication, sound judgment, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues across mergers, divestitures, restructurings, and other transformational business events
- Advising clients on technical accounting treatment, capital markets transactions, and deal structures for public and private situations
- Interpreting financial reporting requirements, accounting policies, and regulatory guidance to support transaction execution
- Developing accounting models and transaction analyses that inform conclusions on revenue recognition, merger accounting, and carve-out financial statements
- Coordinating deliverables across deal workstreams while balancing changing priorities and client deadlines
