Americanflat is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for Field Operations SaaS. This fully remote LATAM role focuses on mapping end-to-end workflows from field capture to report, ensuring reliable offline behavior and clear handoffs to engineering.
You will prototype in Figma, write precise specs, and work with a two-person design team under the Head of Engineering to ship small improvements rather than big rebuilds. Strong systems thinking and AI fluency are valued.
