We are currently seeking a nearshore Lead Java Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in Commerce to support an AI-driven/Agentic Checkout and support backend services for payment, loyalty, promotion and other commerce domain systems

Enable AI-driven checkout flows with proper validations and guardrails

Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across commerce systems

Requirements

Over 5 years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot

Existing production experience in developing Front-End components with React.JSProficiency in building REST APIs and microservices

Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based workflows and backend integrations

Practical production experience with Claude Code

Cloud experience with GCP and/or AzureA willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, patterns,



and technologies

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to haveCCA-F certification
