Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Greater Buenos Aires, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote Pluscargo USA’s logistics and freight forwarding services. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and presenting commercial proposals, negotiating rates and service terms, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth shipment handling, and timely issue resolution.

Representative will track performance metrics, update CRM records, and provide regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in outbound and inbound sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Strong client relationship management skills,



with experience in account management and customer support.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, including clear business writing and confident, professional presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with operations, finance, and customer service teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous sales experience in B2B environments; experience in transportation or logistics is an advantage.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
