SupraBrokers is a international, Miami-based insurance and investment intermediary broker operating across Latin America with a shared services hub in Buenos Aires.

Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Buenos Aires. This position oversees day-to-day regional operations, including coordinating branch activities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational procedures align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The person in this role will manage and develop local teams, support agents with process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, resolving escalated operational issues, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients.

The Regional Operations Manager will also drive continuous improvement projects, prepare operational reports, and partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and finance to support regional growth.

Qualifications





- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and people management, with the ability to build engagement and accountability.
- 10 years plus experience in insurance, financial services, or investment brokerage, with solid understanding of related products and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on KPIs and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across departments and with external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Professional use of English. Portuguese a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems/Technology, or a related field.
- Comfort with using CRM and operations platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
