What will you do?

- People Management — leading teams, conducting performance reviews, and building high-performing cultures
- Project Management — directing multi-faceted IT projects from planning through delivery
- Strategic Thinking — intermediate level; translating business objectives into actionable IT strategies
- Stakeholder Management — building partnerships and managing expectations across functions
- Risk Management — identifying and mitigating technology and operational risks
- Innovation Management — championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement
- Cybersecurity — ensuring security considerations are embedded in IT operations

What qualifications will make you successful?

- Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
- Strong decision-making skills with the confidence to tackle complex issues and drive meaningful outcomes

- Advanced level of English
- University degree and at least 6 years of relevant work experience
