This Network Analyst role involves managing networking infrastructure (Internet, LAN, routing, VPNs, Firewalls, Wi‐Fi) for Media.Monks sites across LATAM.
What You'll Do
Administer network assets across LATAM locations
Prepare and deploy network changes
Automate operational and maintenance work to reduce manual effort
Monitor, analyze, and report metrics on network service performance
What You Need
Relevant certifications in network and firewall technology
Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Routing and Routed Protocols (OSPF, BGP)
Epic network troubleshooting skills
Excellent documentation skills
Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred)
Security knowledge
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Intermediate Linux experience
Nice to Have
Fortinet NSE 4, 5, 7 certifications or equivalent
Zabbix network monitoring tool experience
Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
