We are looking for a Security Test Manager to join a large-scale healthcare insurance program focused on migrating enterprise applications to Microsoft Edge across non-production and production environments.
REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar leadership role Strong experience developing test strategies for complex enterprise programs Solid background in test automation and automation frameworks Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing testing activities across large initiatives Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills Experience managing testing schedules, risks, defects, and escalations Experience with functional and regression testing methodologies Familiarity with test planning, estimation, and impact analysis practices Experience working in Agile environments NICE TO HAVE Experience with Microsoft Edge and Chrome-based automation frameworks Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress,



or similar automation tools Experience working in security-conscious or regulated environments Healthcare domain experience is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct impact analysis and effort estimation for new testing demands and migration activities Coordinate testing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams Lead and monitor test analysis, design, implementation, and execution activities Manage functional and regression testing, verification, sign-off, and defect management processes Coordinate aggregated test results with project and program managers Serve as the escalation point for testing-related issues and risks Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate migration impacts effectively to project stakeholders Build and maintain testing schedules and ensure timely delivery of testing activities Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams throughout the migration lifecycle WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Ability to influence project technologies Team of professionals Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy ELEKS is a custom software development company.
