? We're hiring: Full-Stack Platform Lead (Remote | 3-Month Contract)

Our client is a growing SaaS company building an AI-powered platform that helps military members translate their experience into stronger civilian career opportunities — resume optimization, interview prep, and personalized guidance, all in one product.

We're looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to take ownership of an existing production platform: stabilize core systems, strengthen security and multi-tenant architecture, and help shape the next phase of AI-driven features.

? What you'll own:
- Full architecture analysis of a live, in-production SaaS platform
- Multi-tenant security, RBAC, and tenant isolation
- Authentication, SSO reliability, and session management
- AI-powered career tools: resume optimization, ATS matching, interview coaching
- OCR/document-processing workflows
- CI/CD, release safety, observability, and monitoring

✅ We're looking for demonstrated depth, not familiarity:
- Strong production experience with SaaS applications and multi-tenant architecture
- LLM-enabled product systems: prompt design, evaluation, safety/abuse handling, cost & latency management
- Automated testing across unit, API, integration, and browser layers
- A track record you can show us — GitHub repos, technical portfolio, case studies, or platform stabilization projects
