Position Summary

The Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management is accountable for providing oversight for strategic change management across the enterprise. Specific responsibilities include strategic initiative intake, enterprise demand management, portfolio visibility, and governance of in-flight initiatives. The role enables executive-level strategic decision‑making, ensures disciplined due diligence and execution of strategically prioritized initiatives, and establishes standardized workflows, reporting, and transparency in support of enterprise change management and portfolio governance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for Strategic Initiative Alignment, collaborating with Executive Management and business unit leaders to translate business strategy into prioritized initiatives, programs, and projects, ensuring investment alignment with Simmons Bank's strategic objectives.




- Partner with business unit representatives to establish and maintain enterprise prioritization of key programs, portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Monitor portfolio activity, support escalation and issue resolution, and communicate directives and insights between executives and key stakeholders to ensure clarity of direction and visibility into portfolio health.
- Enable timely decision‑making and issue resolution by ensuring efficient information flow across the organization, providing rapid triage of critical portfolio issues, and engaging appropriate stakeholders through resolution and closure.
