Kraken is seeking an experienced CRM Product Manager to own the CRM and sales tooling strategy for its B2B sales organization. You will define the CRM roadmap across Salesforce and other platforms, balancing stakeholder needs and translating business requirements into scalable solutions with engineers and admins.
You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to improve lead management, account management, pipeline forecasting, and data quality.
