? We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (LATAM – Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a long-term project focused on building scalable backend systems and modern full-stack applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.

? What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot (primary) and Python/Django

• Build and enhance full-stack features using React

• Work with modern technologies including Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, and MongoDB

• Own complex features and projects end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy

• Participate in build and deployment processes to ensure reliable, high-quality releases

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

• Strong backend expertise with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Django





• Solid full-stack experience including React

• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed backend systems

• Exposure to Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, and MongoDB

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Ability to own multiple projects and deliver independently with minimal supervision

? Location

Remote – LATAM

Candidates must reside in:

Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, or Costa Rica

? Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience working on enterprise or high-scale systems
