- You are proficient in WordPress, Website maintenance, Web content management, Troubleshooting, HTML.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain website content within CMS platforms such as Kirby, WordPress, and others.
- Format pages, upload assets, and ensure content accuracy and consistency across websites.
- Perform functional website QA (links, forms, responsiveness, navigation, etc.).
- Conduct visual/design QA to ensure layouts, spacing, imagery, and branding display correctly across devices and browsers.




- Support ongoing website maintenance and implementation of content updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch promotional assets and website changes.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and escalate technical concerns when needed.
- Assist with miscellaneous internal and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, QA, or a related role.
- Experience working within CMS platforms, including Kirby CMS, WordPress, or similar CMS-driven websites.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot both content inaccuracies and visual/design inconsistencies.
- Comfortable performing website QA and testing across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new tools and troubleshoot basic issues independently.
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
