Client Services Analyst

The Client Services Analyst will work closely with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney to guide high-net-worth investors through the U.S. investment visa process, primarily E-2, with exposure to other investor and business visa categories such as EB-5 and L-1. The role centers on delivering white-glove client service, supporting the lead attorney on case requirements, and ensuring a seamless visa process from onboarding through final approval. The adecuado candidate brings a background in investment banking or wealth management serving high-net-worth individuals, with immigration experience considered a strong plus.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, wealth management, or financial services serving high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sophisticated, high-net-worth investors in high-stakes environments
- Solid understanding of investment structures and financial concepts relevant to U.S. investor visa requirements (E-2, EB-5, L-1)
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in using AI tools to support daily work and optimize workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
