Job Title: Senior Automation Developer (PAD & Microsoft Copilot)

Location: Argentina (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract A Senior L4 Automation Developer with strong PAD and Microsoft Copilot experience. Responsibilities include supporting, enhancing, and developing PAD and Microsoft Copilot processes. This role will work closely with the project team throughout all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions and bots using PAD and Microsoft Copilot.
- Monitor bots post-deployment and proactively fix bugs.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Test bots and processes using industry and federal best practices.
- Open to learning new automation and technical tools as opportunities arise.
- Recommend continual improvements for RPA solutions.
- Act as an SME in the technologies utilized for the project and provide guidance to team members.
- Responsible for setup and configuration of development environments, databases, virtual machines, and developer/BOT ID access.
- Determine development work activities based on project schedules, priorities, and business needs while collaborating with BA, QA, and PM teams.




- Debug and identify remediation approaches for open defects.
- Configure testing environments, including required VMs, application access, and other environment requirements.
- Responsible for unit testing BOT processes prior to release to QA.
- Present technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Work effectively through ambiguous situations.
- Communicate effectively through presentations, verbal discussions, and written documentation.
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal direction.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects.

Skills and Qualifications

- Development experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Microsoft Copilot.
- Proficiency in programming languages and test automation frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment and Agile methodology.
- 3+ years of experience working with PAD and Microsoft Copilot.
