**Location**: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite with our client in **Argentina**

**About the Role**:
Hudson RPO is seeking a skilled and motivated **Talent Acquisition Partner** to support one of our key clients in Argentina. This hybrid position requires working **onsite three days per week** at the client’s **manufacturing site**. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, primarily focused on **manufacturing and commercial roles**.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner on this account, you’ll play a key role in attracting talent that contributes to the company’s purpose and mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements across manufacturing and commercial teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.




- Leverage sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in Argentina.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **recruiting within Argentina**, ideally across **manufacturing and commercial roles**.
- Solid understanding of local hiring practices, labor laws, and market conditions.
- Experience supporting a **manufacturing site** or high-volume recruitment environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** is required.
