**What will you be doing?**
- Sourcing new prospects and investor contacts.
- Enriching our CRM with contact data.
- Regularly providing the sales team with high-quality leads.
- Developing and executing strategies for lead generation through multiple channels.
- Analyzing lead generation metrics and making recommendations for improvements.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
**What skills do you need?**
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level C1)
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM and LinkedHelper is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
