- We're on the lookout for a dynamic Academic Manager to be part of our amazing team. You’ll work hand in hand with other Academic Managers and the commercial team to ensure top-quality education and happy students! You will have a big great teachers team too.
- What will you do?
- ✔️ Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.)
- ✔️ Motivate and lead the teaching team
- ✔️ Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction
- ✔️ Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed
- ✔️ Provide excellent customer service
- ✔️ Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients
- ✔️ Assist in product development & marketing strategies
- ✔️ Participate in recruitment & training
- What do we need from you?
- Fluent in English & Spanish (a must!)
- A strong teamwork mindset
- A proactive,



problem-solving attitude
- Great communication & organizational skills
- Experience in online teaching (ideally via Zoom)
- IT skills & ability to adapt to new technologies
- Previous management experience is a plus!
