About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech) to join our People and Culture team.
In this role you will focus on hiring for non-technical positions across the company, supporting functions such as Operations, Finance, Compliance, Communications, and more.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong internal alignment.
Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify and attract top talent.
Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Proactively network and establish relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Conduct initial screens and video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' competencies and aptitude for specific roles.
Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and interview feedback.
Facilitate post-interview discussions and assist in the final selection of candidates.
Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Strong experience recruiting for non-technical roles such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, or similar.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
