A bachelor's degree in Cordobés language, linguistics, or a closely related field is adecuado, but we also highly value native-level fluency and a deep, practical understanding of the dialect's nuances.
Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects can substitute for a formal degree.
