We are looking for an AI Architect to own the technical direction across a portfolio of client engagements. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, involving AI architecture design for production environments, building proofs-of-concept, and providing technical leadership to delivery teams. Only for candidates from Colombia or Mexico.

Position 100% remote. Requirements: Required Technical Experience10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or technical consulting Strong hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production environments Deep knowledge of LLM systems: RAG, function calling, tool use, and agent orchestration Experience with prompt architecture, governance,



and evaluation frameworks Strong background in distributed systems, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with CI/CD, engineering metrics, and scalable system design Knowledge of security and compliance considerations for AI workflows (PII, data residency)Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries English level: advanced. Nice to Have Experience in pre-sales technical validation and workshop facilitation Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional teams Exposure to US and European markets
