We are looking for an AI Architect to own the technical direction across a portfolio of client engagements.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, involving AI architecture design for production environments, building proofs-of-concept, and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.Only for candidates from Colombia or Mexico.
Position 100% remote.Requirements:Required Technical Experience10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or technical consultingStrong hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production environmentsDeep knowledge of LLM systems: RAG, function calling, tool use, and agent orchestrationExperience with prompt architecture, governance,



and evaluation frameworksStrong background in distributed systems, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with CI/CD, engineering metrics, and scalable system designKnowledge of security and compliance considerations for AI workflows (PII, data residency)Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industriesEnglish level: advanced.Nice to HaveExperience in pre-sales technical validation and workshop facilitationExperience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional teamsExposure to US and European markets
