We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is idóneo for someone with a background in finance or accounting, who is eager to gain practical experience and contribute to the financial operations of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Recordkeeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
**Bookkeeping**: Support the bookkeeping process by recording financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
**Financial Reporting**: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, assisting in budget-to-actual analyses and monthly management reports.
**Bank Reconciliations**: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
**Financial Analysis**: Assist in financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
**Data Entry**:
Accurately input financial data into the accounting system and maintain organized records.
**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the finance team and other departments to support overall financial goals.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
**Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
**Software Skills**: Strong experience with Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
**Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and trends.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
