- Engage in requirements elicitation activities.
- Ensure that the specifications/User Stories actually reflect these needs.
- Clearly communicate business requirements to the development team.
- Participate in the necessary design refinement activities.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Knowledge of requirements definition techniques: user stories, estimation process, acceptance criteria, among others.
- Proficiency in management and communication tools (Jira, Confluence, Office package)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL / PLSQ (required)
