The Role
We’re looking for a Payroll Operations Manager to own and professionalize our end‑to‑end general payroll function. We operate a 140‑person distributed workforce across multiple countries, currencies, employment types, and payment platforms. This role is responsible for building a structured, accurate, and audit‑ready global payroll operation.

What You’ll Do
End‑to‑End Payroll Ownership
Own the complete global payroll lifecycle (HR inputs → payroll calculation → platform upload → reconciliation → reporting). Manage bi‑monthly payroll cycles and monthly exceptions, ensuring accurate and on‑time payments for employees and contractors. Develop structured payroll calendars, submission deadlines, and clear ownership across stakeholders.
