Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Nailed It Roofing is looking for a highly organized, professional, and dependable Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Noon PM - 9 PM (local time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and new leads
- qualify potential customers over the phone prior to scheduling a sales apt.
- Make outbound phone calls to new leads within minutes of inquiry submission
- Schedule appointments for roofing, attic, window, and siding inspections
- Coordinate and manage calendars for all sales representatives
- Manage scheduling for the service department
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records
- Follow up with leads and customers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must speak fluent, professional English
- Must be able to read, write, and fully understand the English language
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment




- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and scheduling tasks
- Must be responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or scheduling experience is preferred
