About the role

We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume administrative document processing.

This is a straightforward, process-driven role adecuado for someone who is organized, accurate, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks.

What you’ll do:

- Enter names, addresses, file numbers, and case details into internal systems

- Review and process housing-related paperwork

- Prepare documents and case outputs





- Match returned affidavits with the correct files and records

- Maintain accurate digital records and organized documentation

- Follow confidentiality and security procedures

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in data entry, admin support, or clerical work preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

- Basic computer skills

- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

- English proficiency required; conversational English is acceptable, stronger communication skills are a plus

Nice to have:

- Experience with legal, housing, or government-related documentation

- Familiarity with affidavits, case files, or document matching
