The
Talent Acquisition Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact for recruitment in
San Salvador
, leading end-to-end hiring strategy and execution to support site growth and client delivery. This role partners closely with Operations, HR, and leadership to ensure hiring targets are met with quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across the San Salvador site.Partner with site leadership to build hiring forecasts and workforce plans aligned to business objectives.Recommend and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies to improve quality of hire and reduce attrition.Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through leadership roles.Ensure timely management of requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes.Support day-to-day recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, offer management,



and onboarding coordination.Resolve escalated candidate issues and ensure a positive candidate experience.Act as subject matter expert in recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.Train and coach recruiters and stakeholders on interviewing, sourcing strategies, and ATS usage.Develop interview guides, templates, and standardized hiring practices across the site.Serve as liaison with vendors, agencies, universities, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to position STARTEK as an employer of choice in El Salvador.Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on market trends, talent availability, and hiring risks.Develop and track recruiting metrics and KPIs (funnel conversion, time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).Build and manage recruiter scorecards to support performance tracking and business reviews.Ensure accuracy and integrity of
