About The Role You’ll play a vital role in servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, diagnose, and repair Mercedes‑Benz vehicles following OEM procedures and dealership standards.
- Deliver high‑quality, efficient work with a strong focus on Fixed First Visit performance.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.
- Maintain professional communication and presentation aligned with the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
- Adhere to all OH&S; policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

- Stay current with Mercedes‑Benz technical literature, diagnostic software, and ongoing training.
- Support the development of apprentices through training and mentoring.
- Accurately document all service, diagnostic, and repair work for customer and dealership records.

Who are we seeking?

- Qualified automotive technician with dealership experience.
- Experience working on luxury European vehicles (Mercedes‑Benz preferred).
- Strong capability in performing mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and fault‑finding.

- Proven experience in completing Job Cards accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections when required.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a professional approach in a high‑performing dealership environment.
