Marketing Assistant - LATAM

Location: Remote – LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador)
Type: Part-time
Compensation: Up to USD 15/hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with strong and solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, and visual content creation. This role requires a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives and driving consistent brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the executive team.

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and others), including scheduling, posting, community engagement, and paid ad management.

- Select, edit, and publish visual content (photos, videos, and stories) aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and message.

- Design compelling marketing assets using Canva and basic video editing tools.

- Maintain and update digital platforms such as Kajabi, Shopify, and WordPress, ensuring consistent brand communication.





- Coordinate marketing efforts for online programs and in-person events , including launches and performance intensives.

- Support email marketing and digital funnel strategies , aiming to improve conversion and engagement rates.

- Track and analyze key marketing metrics , providing insights and optimization recommendations.

Requirements & Skills

- Strong and solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation .

- Proficiency with Kajabi, Shopify, WordPress , and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) .

- Skilled in Canva and basic photo/video editing tools .

- Excellent visual sense and attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards.

- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing , and digital sales funnels .

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Background in creative, performing arts, or coaching industries is a plus.

- A portfolio showcasing past marketing campaigns, social media content, or visual design work is highly preferred.
