US-Based Digital Marketing Agency
Every day, thousands of ads compete for attention.
Most are ignored.
Some stop the scroll.
A few actually convert.
Our client is a US-based performance marketing agency built around a simple idea: creative is one of the biggest drivers of growth in paid media.
In this team, design is not treated as decoration or purely brand work. Creative is built to test ideas, capture attention, and drive measurable performance across paid channels.
That means designers work closely with media buyers, strategists, and growth teams , launching multiple creative variations, analyzing results, and iterating quickly based on what the data shows.
This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and performance.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing ad creatives across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest , helping brands test new concepts, angles,
and visual approaches that improve engagement and conversion.
Rather than creating one “perfect” design, the focus is on rapid experimentation and creative testing . The team moves quickly, producing multiple variations, identifying winning ads, and scaling what works.
You’ll often work across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously , balancing speed, creativity, and strong visual execution while maintaining brand consistency.
This role is adecuado for designers who are curious about why ads work , enjoy studying high-performing campaigns, and like working in environments where creative decisions are informed by performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS .
Designers who thrive here typically enjoy testing ideas, iterating quickly, and seeing the direct impact their creative work has on marketing results.
