# ## En qué consiste este trabajo:El Analista Datos es responsable de la gestión integral de los datos e información relacionados consu area desempeño.
Este profesional diseña, implementa y supervisa sistemas para capturar, almacenar, procesar y analizar datos operativos,bajo la gestion de su area desempeño.
## Cómo será tu día a día:• Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de gestión de datos para todas las operaciones del area asignada, bajo los lineamientos y necesidades del Lider de area y el cliente• Coordinar la integración de múltiples fuentes de datos realacionados a su area de gestion.
• Colaborar con los diferentes equipos para identificar necesidades de información y desarrollar soluciones orientadas en su area de responsabilidad• Gestionar la seguridad e integridad de los datos según los estándares del cliente• Liderar la transformación digital de procesos operativos mediante soluciones basadas en datos• Proporcionar capacitación y soporte a usuarios sobre herramientas de datos e informes de su area de gestion• Desarrollar modelos de análisis para identificar tendencias, anomalías y oportunidades de mejora• Elaborar informes ejecutivos periódicos basados en métricas clave para el correcto desempeño de su area.
## Calificaciones Requeridas:• Formación superior en ciencias de datos, sistemas de información,



ingeniería informática o campos afines (deseable)• Experiencia demostrable en gestión y análisis de datos en entornos de facility management o servicios• Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)(Deseable)• Experiencia en integración de datos de múltiples sistemas y fuentes• Habilidades para la visualización efectiva de datos complejos• Capacidad para transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones basadas en datos• Habilidades de comunicación para presentar análisis y conclusiones a sus jefaturas• Conocimientos de automatización de procesos y reportes**Location:**On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
